Eldon Family Fitness: "Going for Greatness"

Saturday, May 15, 2010, Eldon Family Fitness took yet another step in its quest to become the premiere fitness facility in Central Missouri. I had the privilege and opportunity to attend Todd Durkin's "Going for Greatness" workshop in Kansas City.

Todd gave personal training tips and also put the whole group through an hour-and-a-half functional training workout routine which I will soon incorporate at Eldon Family Fitness.

It was a great honor to learn from one of the best in the business. Todd has been voted Personal Trainer of the Year 2 times since 2000. Todd owns Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, California and trains many pro athletes, including Drew Brees and LaDainian Tomlinson.

Eldon Mustang Cheerleaders call Eldon Family Fitness "Home"

May 6th, 2010, Eldon Family fitness became the new home for the Eldon Mustang Cheerleaders.

We are happy and proud to be able to have the cheerleaders here to practice and use our facility at Eldon Family Fitness.
