Membership includes All-Access Aerobics


   Step Aerobics classes at Eldon Family Fitness are recommended for anyone from beginner to advanced. The class is designed around the use of a step, but all moves can be done on the floor. The choreography consists of moves such as a basic step, v-step, turn step, over-the-tops, etc., along with a little dance element. The moves are put into 32-count combos and set to music, from rock to country and pop. The intensity level of class is up to each individual. You can work at your own pace and level of comfort. Step Aerobics is a great way to burn fat, shape and tone, and build muscle.

Yoga

    Yoga classes at the Eldon Family Fitness Center are geared for any and all participants -- Beginners to Advanced yogis. The class is a gentle Yoga flow from one pose to the next. Participants begin in standing poses, balance poses, bends, sun salutations (optional), followed by floor poses, then meditation and relaxation. Three variations are given to each pose that is introduced. Honoring our own fitness level in learning new Yoga poses, the goal is to foster a positive attitude towards one's health and fitness. Yoga mats are available. Some choose to bring their own mats.
