Yoga classes at the Eldon Family Fitness Center are geared for any and all participants -- Beginners to Advanced yogis. The class is a gentle Yoga flow from one pose to the next. Participants begin in standing poses, balance poses, bends, sun salutations (optional), followed by floor poses, then meditation and relaxation. Three variations are given to each pose that is introduced. Honoring our own fitness level in learning new Yoga poses, the goal is to foster a positive attitude towards one's health and fitness.
